A survey of residents in Tavistock North completed in March 2003 showed that, of those who replied (280 out of 2200), 42% think that inadequate emphasis is placed on the needs of the elderly and disabled. 39% want a reliable hoppa bus service; 39% a day care centre; 29% for more community minibuses; 29% for more reliable parking spaces in town; 21% for easier access to public buildings and 18% for subsidised taxi fares. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
